This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Fun Society Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the Followy mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using Followy, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not download, install, or use the App.
We hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Followy, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This license is granted solely for personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.
Followy, including its software, content, and services, is owned by Fun Society Apps and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree that we retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including any updates, modifications, or enhancements.

The App offers a free version supported by ads, as well as a premium version, Followy+, available for purchase via in-app purchases using the Google Play billing system. No Refunds: All purchases of Followy+ are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases made through the App.
Followy may collect data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This data collection includes, but is not limited to, the use of Google Analytics, Google AdMob, and Google Play Services. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of this data.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes any loss of data, damages to your device, or issues arising with your Instagram account, such as:
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time without notice if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your device.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
